Dune

By Frank Herbert
This Hugo and Nebula Award winner tells the sweeping tale of a desert planet called Arrakis, the focus of an intricate power struggle in a byzantine interstellar empire. Arrakis is the sole source of Melange, the "spice of spices." Melange is necessary for interstellar travel and grants psychic powers and longevity, so whoever controls it wields great influence.

Expected Functionality for NewsletterSignup Component

The NewsletterSignup component above is setup to alternate between confirmation and error states when an email address is submitted. This means that the first time an email address is submitted, it will show a successful confirmation message. The second time an email address is submitted, it will show an error message. The third time will show success again. And so on.

Please note, however, that there is no server-side validation of the email addresses that are submitted, so the only validation that is being applied is the default browser based email validation.

The component is also configured to reset after a 5-second pause once an email address is submitted.

Have fun.
